Service Cancellation Policy
The services paid by credit card are subject of the following
cancellation policy
1. Translation and interpreter services
1.1 service is subject of full refund if cancelled before the service
has started to be provided.
1.2 Service is not refundable after it was actually provided.
1.3 If the service was cancelled after partially provided, only
unused part is subject of partial refund
2. Discounted packages
2.1 service is subject of full refund if cancelled before the service
has started to be provided.
2.2 Service is not refundable after any services in the package
started to be provided
3. Sightseeing tours
3.1 service is subject of full refund if cancelled before the service
has started to be provided.
3.2 Service is not refundable after any services in the package
started to be provided
4. Internal flight (tickets)
4.1 Refunds for ticket cancellation are provided in accordance with
cancellation policy set for the particular ticket issued by issuing
airlines. Airlines cancellation rules are detailed in the ticket
5. Airport transfers, driver services
5.1 service is subject of full refund if cancelled before the service
has started to be provided.
5.2 Service is not refundable after it was actually provided.
5.3 If the service was cancelled after partially provided, only
unused part is subject of partial refund
6. Apartment rent
6.1 In case of cancellation prior to check-in date or no show, the
penalty fee equal to one night regular price (price listed on UkraineFare
web-site www.ukrainefare.com or provided to the client by e-mail
by UkraineFare) is charged no matter what amount of deposit is paid,
the balance (if any) is refundable to the client;
6.2 If check-in date or check-out date or both are changed, one-night
change fee is charged, the balance paid is either refundable or
is applied towards new booking dates.
6.3 If apartment rent has been cancelled by UkraineFare due to the
fact that its quality or condition described changed AFTER it was
booked by the client, or the client found any irrevocable defects
upon check-in, or that apartment does not match description or photos
prior received by the client, or the apartment booked became unavailable
due to failure of the UkraineFare suppliers, the following procedure
applies:
- Ukrainefare suggests equal or better property to a client.
If a client agrees for this change, no additional fees applies
and UkraineFare provides transfer from one property to another
(if applicable) at no charge to the client.
- If the client does not agree with the property or properties
suggested as alternate by UkraineFare, any payments made towards
apartment booked are refundable in full
